At the same facility, Marina Yacht Lift in Durban, where Waratah is on the hard now, I met a nice couple building a Dix 57. This is a bigger version of my Dix 43, and also in steel, which has a lot more room of course. This particular one was built to use her as a charter boat. Here are some pictures which were forwarded to me this week. It shows the stepping of the mast, which is about 25 meters. Truly a formidable boat!
